The Culinary Experience
At Pampa Grande we strive to source the highest quality organic foods.
Of course the meat, eggs and milk come from the home farm.
Fruit and most vegetables mostly come from local producers around Salta.
Wines mainly come from Cafayate, the wine producing hub in the North which is literally round the corner (or rather round the mountain to the West). Among them is the very interesting Torrontes, a dry but highly flavoured white wine.
Menues are set beforehand but suggestions or special requests can be discussed and this may include picnic or dinner menues or special dietary requests.
