The Pampa Grande experience is about taking you deep into the Andean country, to a point where tracks go no further and you stop and  look back. These are lands to discover slowly, listening to your horse breathing and watching the shadow of a condor circling high above.

HORSES, CATTLE and MEN

The horse is central to the flux of life at Pampa Grande. Over one hundred and are used in rotation by the gauchos to work with the cattle. But more than a work tool, horsemanship is central to the gauchos pride. At Pampa Grande you will meet both man and horse as you round up cattle to take them to the corales.

Riding is quite naturally the primary way to visit the land, go places and participate in the life of a working estancia. All riders are welcome as the estancia can offer absolute beginners ( children or adults) a wonderful introduction to the world of horse riding.
